Exhibition design units of Science and Technology Museum:

　　kaiyun中国官方网址 将于近期开展深圳科技馆（新馆）室外科普区创意设计方案征集，为了更好地开展本次征集工作，先期听取各设计单位意见建议，拟在本月下旬召开深圳科技馆（新馆）室外科普区创意设计方案征集咨询会，诚邀各科技馆展示设计单位参加本次会议，为深圳科技馆（新馆）建设出谋划策。会议有关事项如下：

　　Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology will soon launch a solicitation for creative design proposals of the outdoor science popularization area, Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum (New). In order to better carry out this solicitation, listen to the opinions and suggestions from various design units in advance, we sincerely invite the exhibition design units of the science and technology museum to participate in this consultation meeting of the creative design proposal for the outdoor science popularization area of Shenzhen Science and Technology museum (New), and provide suggestions for the construction of the Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum (New). Related issues of the meeting are as follows:

一、会议形式

Meeting form

　　一对一的现场或腾讯网络视频会议。

　　On-site One-to-one meeting or Tencent online video meeting.

二、会议议题

　　Meeting topics

　　（一）介绍深圳科技馆（新馆）室外科普展区基本情况及设计要求；

　　Introduction of the basic information of the outdoor science popularization area, Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum (New) and design requirements;

　　（二）听取各科技馆展示设计单位对深圳科技馆（新馆）室外科普区创意设计方案征集的意见建议并分享各设计单位已有案例。

　　Listen to opinions and suggestions from exhibition design units of the science and technology museums on the creative design proposal for the outdoor science popularization area of Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum (New) and share the existing schemes of design units.

三、报名方式及资料发送

　　（二）获取资料：主办方将在收到报名表后向报名单位邮箱发送项目相关资料；

　　（三）会议安排：将按照报名顺序安排会议时间，会议时长约1.5小时。

　　Meeting arrangement: the meeting time will be arranged in the order of registration, and the meeting time will be about 1.5 hours.

　　（四）报名截止日期：本次报名截止时间为2021年1月 8日24:00。
